Therapy

For centuries, therapies of various forms have been around to restore and maintain health. In this day and age the types of therapy available for choice range from medical, to alternative to spiritualist with varying degrees in-between.

Restoring health involves healing deficient and excessive characteristics such as feeling shy, being overly emotional, isolated, passive, sluggish, lack of discipline, emotional numbness, lack of empathy, bitterness, fear of speaking, blaming, addictions and others which all work to keep us off balance in mind, body and spirit and not mindfully present in living our life.

 

Awareness is what awakens us to all aspects of ourselves. Maintaining health makes it possible to participate more fully in our personal and collective evolution.

 

 

Our mind is a most valuable asset and and so it makes sense to keep it clear of trauma and other unresourceful emotions, thus creating a healthy consciousness. Quantum Physics has shown that our body is a reflection of the human mind. What we believe, we receive, what we perceive, we conceive.

With using the tools and therapeutic processes of NLP, Neurosemantics and Craniosacral, space is created for the client to take a step back from judging and reacting to challenging life experiences and instead move towards focusing on appreciation and self-acceptance, balance and compassion, strong emotional boundaries, good relationships, clear ways of communication, vitality, healthy self-esteem & much more.
